For both cats and dogs, we offer recombinant vaccines designed to stimulate a protective immune response without the use of an added adjuvant. Our PUREVAX feline vaccines and RECOMBITEK canine vaccines use recombinant canarypox-vectored technology, allowing us to provide high-quality vaccine options developed with the needs of our patients in mind. Influenza and Bordetella vaccines are intended to reduce the incidence, severity, and duration of clinical disease. Vaccination does not guarantee prevention of infection or disease.
Vaccine Disclaimer: Vaccination is intended to reduce the incidence, severity, and duration of clinical disease. No vaccine provides 100% protection against infection or disease, and individual immune responses may vary. Influenza and Bordetella vaccines are intended to reduce the incidence, severity, and duration of clinical disease. Vaccination does not guarantee prevention of infection or disease.
Why Rabies Vaccination Matters
Rabies vaccination is not only an important part of protecting your Furbaby, your family and our community—it is also required by state law. Massachusetts law requires that dogs, cats and ferrets six months of age or older be vaccinated against rabies, subject to applicable exemptions. Keeping your pet current on rabies vaccination also matters if your Furbaby is ever exposed to wildlife or involved in a bite incident.
